1:1 Consultation
You can work one on one with me through an in-clinic or a telehealth appointment. With a private consultation you will be required to fill out a comprehensive health questionnaire prior to your consultation. I will be focusing on gathering as much relevant health information from you in your initial assessment, your health & medical history, diet, and lifestyle choices along with reviewing relevant pathology results. This consultation take around 1 – 1 ½ hrs.
From this initial consultation, I will start you on the journey of food and lifestyle changes, send out for functional testing if relevant and prescribe specific supplementation if necessary. Typically, we will meet every 4 weeks for around 2-4 months and then 6-8 weekly after that until you are happy with the results.
Online Programs
We offer five online programs to suit your needs. Our premium 12 week program Navigating Burnout is for women experiencing overwhelm, fatigue and isolation. Our Eat Well Thrive Well Program will help build skills and increase your knowledge about real food, balancing your macros and create better lifestyle choices.
The 14 Day Cleanse & Reboot will take to step by step through a 14 day meal plan and great recipes, daily tips and insights into an effective mini detox. Fat Loss & Optimal Weight program is best after you have been having a healthy balance of your food choices, exercise and lifestyle for some time and you are stuck with stubborn fat around your middle. Our Rest & Repair program is taking lifestyle medicine to another level. Learn how to create a better space to sleep and repair and learn how to balance your nervous system and teach it to rest.
Online Wholefood Workshops
We have created wonderful workshops that can upskill your cooking ability, discover new recipes and most of all start learning how to heal and nourish your body through food and food as medicine.
We teach you how to make impressive breakfast options for busy people, learn the art of meal planning, create delicious celebration foods with less sugar and processed ingredients and learn everything about your gut and how to feed your gut microbiome.
About Liza Twohill
Liza is a highly skilled and experienced Naturopathic clinician who has been in clinical practice since 1998. She is a business owner, educator, speaker, mentor and is involved in research.
Liza specialises in burn-out and the impact chronic stress has on health outcomes. Most of her patients present with fatigue, anxiety, depression, food sensitivities and complex health issues. Liza has a high level of clinical knowledge, experience, and expertise in the practical elements of patient care, the application of pathology, food as medicine and lifestyle medicine. Liza has worked in regional and remote health practices since 2004 both as a sole practitioner and in a multidisciplinary medical practice. Her passion is in grassroots evidence based complementary medicine and her focus is to empower, educate and assist healing for her patients. Her aim is to work collaboratively with fellow medical and allied health practitioners within the primary healthcare sector.

Liza has been working in the health industry for over 20 years. She has a life long history in traditional healing practices and has specialized in functional medicine for over a decade. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to food, the gut and the healing journey. She is a strong believer is scientific evidence and has been involved in clinical trials and post graduate studies in research in complementary medicine.

Sandy is our four legged support crew, at times disrupting life at the clinic, when she loudly announces the afternoon (whenever we were too busy to walk with her at dawn) but generally basking in the calm sunny ambience of the backyard.
